Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to check in (been awhile) and tell you about what I have been up to lately. 

Diva the fashion jewellery retailer that's all around the country are conducting a really great competition for those budding jewellery designers out there. 

On their facebook they are giving the opportunity for anyone to upload their designs for a spring session collection that they would like to see.

You create a mood wall (collection of inspirational pics) and also sketches that you have done and people vote on them.

I have created my own and of course my inspiration was ribbon and vintage glam. 

In order to win a 3 day internship in Sydney with Diva you need to be voted in the top 20. I was hoping that some wonderful bloggers would help me out and vote for me. So please click on the pic below and click on "like".

Update..

Sorry I haven't done a blog in the last couple of weeks been a busy girl doing my online accounting course and getting orders out to people.

So I thought I'd give you a little update on what has been happening.

KJP Designs is now on facebook. Over the weekend I hope to upload some of my pics of my bows onto facebook so if you want to become a friend of KJP Designs there is a widget on the left hand corner of my blog so you can become a friend. 

Have done a good few orders over the past couple of weeks so been fun, love making bows.

I have attended my first market since Oct last year- so lazy. Munchkin Markets in Burwood was the location. Wasn't very busy but I did get to show some enthusiastic kids who were fascinated by how I made them. They sat next to me the whole day and watched what I did. Fun was had by all.

That's a few things I have been up to so hopefully I can post about some other wonderful things that will be happening in the future.

I have a bit of a collection, all different colours, widths I just love them. 
I listed just some of them on Craftumi to share around with other people. Brown, pink, vintage cream, green, yellow you name it I think I have it.

Chocolate to some is ribbon to me..

I love ribbon.. I love it even more than chocolate and that's saying something, I do like my chocolate.

As in most diets I have had to restrict my addiction to this wonderful stuff and I have made a pact that I will only buy ribbon when I have run out of a ribbon or I budget it in (which hardly happens).

I have many a place that I get my fix from but I have found the holy grail that meets my every wish.. All sizes and colours that you can think off. Hip Girl Boutique is the best ribbon source around. When I feel blue or need some inspiration for my hair clip making I just hop on this site and click around and there is definitely some inspiration. There is a forum that has great info and hints & instructions for anyone to use.
If you love ribbon or want to have a look at what other people do out there with ribbon check it out you might get the craving that I have haha. 

Rainbows

 

I had a great display at work the other day, I found rainbows all over my desk. We have a passage way in the reception area that is all glassed in and in the morning I get heaps of small rainbows all over the place around my desk I love it. Great start to the day.
